Complementary Therapy: Reflexology, Wednesday's 10.30-1.00pm, bookings required This therapy is based on the theory that particular areas of the feet are related to different parts of the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, the different body ‘systems’ can be gently re-balanced
Complementary Therapy: Massage, Friday's, 10.30-4.00pm, booking required Massage involves the use of hands to manipulate the soft tissue of the body, particularly muscles. It can be used for relaxation, stimulation or rehabilitation of the whole body or parts of the body.

MOT for Men Group The group is open to Men only (sorry ladies) and takes place once a month on the 3rd Wednesday at the centre. We encourage men to discuss and share their experiences amongst others who are going through similar situations in a safe and friendly environment.
